Even if you are not a math teacher, you can still help your children improve their math skills.
Look at a few ways to get your Children enthused about Math.
1. Inspire
Some Children see math as nothing but symbols and numbers. Show them the importance of math in everyday life.
2. Get practical.
Take math outside of the classroom. Find something that interests the child and relate it to math.
3.One step at a time..
Math success involves breaking things down into pieces and take it a piece at a time.
4. Be Creative.
Children can become stuck if they view one way. Get them to think outside the box, viewing it from another angle.
5. Positive Reinforcement.
Keep away from the negative. Let them know that we all have a natural ability to do math, it isn't very different from solving other types of problems in life.
Instill confidence and let them know there is a solution to any problem.
